Shipping, Exchanges/Returns
Shipping
All orders ship USPS Priority for $8.50. At certain times of the year, we do have free shipping promotions. You can sign up for emails to be notified when this occurs and when other sales occur as well.
If you need other shipping options (such as overnight or delivery through a different carrier) please contact us at lori@lorislovelies.com.
We also ship to Canada via USPS. The best option here is a USPS Priority bubble mailer. This envelope can hold about two items and can be sent for around $25. The cost of sending more items can really add up quickly, so please contact me for specific pricing. The customer is responsible for all Customs fees.
Returns and Exchanges
All returns and exchanges must be received within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must have ALL tags (paper and cloth) still attached and be in unworn, unwashed condition. Returns must be in re-saleable condition - please no smells (perfume, cigarettes, etc), animal hair, deodorant marks, makeup marks, etc.
All items not on sale are eligible for exchange and/or refund. Refunds, minus the original shipping fee, are credited to the original form of payment.
Sale Items may be exchanged or returned for store credit.
Final Sale items are not returnable or exchangeable.
To make an exchange send an email to lori@lorislovelies.com to let me know you would like to make an exchange. Tell me which styles, sizes, and colors you would like, and I will take them off the website. You'll pay for shipping the item back to me, and I'll pay for shipping the exchanges out to you. You can choose any mail carrier, however, I do recommend one with tracking. Exchanges must be received within 30 days of the purchase date.
Returns may be sent two different ways:
Self Service: Please send your returned item(s) and a note with your name and contact information to the address below. You can choose any mail carrier, however, I do recommend one with tracking and also keep in mind the 30 return window.

USPS Return Service (for purchases to/from US addresses only): If you would like a return label, please email us to request one. We will need to know what item(s) is being returned. We will then email you a return label to be printed out and affixed to the package. If possible, try to reuse the original packaging materials. Once the return arrives, the cost of the label will be deducted from the amount of your return. All returns must be received within 30 days of the date of purchase.
